Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MShelf, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Accounts and Google sign-in

You can create or open an account with an email and password, or with Continue with Google, when those options are available. Using Continue with Google creates an MShelf account if you do not already have one, or signs you into an existing account. If you already have an MShelf account whose verified email matches your Google email, signing in with Google links that Google account to your existing MShelf account. Unverified email/password accounts are not auto-linked. Google’s terms also apply to your use of Google sign-in. You can stop using Google sign-in by deleting your MShelf account.

User responsibilities

  • Content — you retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
  • Conduct — do not abuse the service, harass others, attempt to break security, or use MShelf in violation of applicable law.

Service disclaimer

MShelf is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or access if we reasonably believe it is necessary — for example for abuse, legal compliance, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using MShelf at any time.
