SSX

EA Sports snowboarding series, short for Snowboard Supercross, created by Steve Rechtschaffner. The arcade-style races reward tricks with speed boosts. The first game launched with the PlayStation 2 on 26 October 2000 under the EA Sports BIG label. Skiing was added in SSX on Tour (2005). The last release is SSX (28 February 2012).
